What could you earn?
Accommodation value is the nightly rate after discounts — taxes, cleaning and fees aren’t included. Your level for a month is set by your confirmed bookings the month before.

How much does the vacation rental affiliate program pay?+
Standard 5% · Preferred 7% (2+ completed bookings the previous month) · Premium 10% (5+ completed bookings the previous month). Commission is a percentage of the accommodation revenue — the nightly rate after discounts — and never more than 10%.
How long is the cookie?+
30 days. If someone clicks your link and books within 30 days, the booking is yours. Guests can also type your code at checkout.
When and how do affiliates get paid?+
Once a month, after the guest has checked out and the payment has cleared. Upload a voided check in your dashboard and we pay by direct deposit (ACH); PayPal and international wire are also available. Every payment comes with a downloadable statement.
What doesn’t earn commission?+
Taxes, cleaning fees, guest service fees, deposits and extras; cancelled or refunded bookings; bookings made before the click; and your own bookings.
Can I link to a specific property?+
Yes. Add ?ref=YOURCODE to any USVacaRentals.com link — a home, a city page or the search results — and it is tracked.
Are there rules for promoting?+
Describe our homes and prices honestly, disclose that you earn a commission, and don’t bid on the USVacaRentals name in paid search or post codes on coupon sites.
