Why families book us instead of a rideshare
A family of six lands at MCO with six cases and a pushchair. The standard rideshare will not fit them. The larger vehicle costs substantially more than the fare they had in mind — if one is even available at that hour — and the price moves with demand, which at an airport means it moves exactly when every flight lands. Then they navigate to a house they have never seen, in the dark, looking for a lockbox.
A hotel would have solved this with a car and a person waiting at arrivals. So we did — for the whole family, in one vehicle, at a price fixed before you travel.

Transportation is billed separately from your accommodation. It is not bundled into the nightly rate and it is not a mandatory add-on — book it if you want it, and it appears as its own line.
