We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA on this website — sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive alt text and clearly labelled forms — and we test as we add content. If you find a page or feature that is difficult to use with assistive technology, please tell us and we will treat it as a priority. You can always reach a person by phone if the site is getting in your way.
Our properties
Accessibility varies significantly between homes. Each property page states step-free access, ground-floor bedrooms, doorway widths and bathroom configuration where we have measured them.
Requesting accommodations
Tell us what you need before you book and we will tell you honestly whether a property works for you. If none of ours do, we will say so.
