Who this is for
People who have just moved and are being asked to make permanent decisions before they have any information. New to the country, new to the state, or relocating for work. You do not yet know which school district you want, which commute you can tolerate, or which neighbourhood will feel like home in February rather than July.
Buying furniture for a house you might leave in a year is an expensive way to find that out. So is buying the house.
What furnished actually means here
Beds made, kitchen equipped, sofas, dining table, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi ready. You arrive with clothes and personal effects and you are living properly the same night — not camping in an empty house waiting six weeks for a delivery.
