Transfers
Airport, cruise and park transfers can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or for no-shows, the fare is retained because the vehicle and driver have been committed. Flight delays are the exception — if your flight is late we track it and adjust the pickup at no extra charge.
Hurricanes and mandatory evacuation
Florida's hurricane season runs June to November. If the authorities issue a mandatory evacuation order for your destination covering dates within your stay, we will offer a full refund or a free date change for the affected nights. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering weather disruption for trips in this window.
Changes by us
In the rare event we have to move your booking — a maintenance issue or an unexpected problem with a home — we will relocate you to an equivalent or better property at no extra cost, or offer a full refund if we cannot. You will always hear it from a person, by phone, not a silent cancellation.
