How it works

  1. 1

Send your link or sign up

Paste your Airbnb/Vrbo link and we build the listing for you — or create a free host account and add it yourself in about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Connect your calendar

Your Airbnb, Vrbo or PMS calendar syncs in, and our booking calendar syncs back out, so there is no double-booking risk.

  3. 3

    We review and publish

Every listing is checked before it goes live. You approve the preview and control visibility.

  4. 4

    Get direct bookings

Guests pay securely by card. Your payout is your nightly rate and cleaning fee less our 10% commission and card processing.

Host FAQ

Is it really free to list?+

Yes. There is no listing fee and no subscription. When a stay is booked, we keep a 10% commission on the nightly rate and cleaning fee, and card processing comes out of your payout. Guests pay a 5.5% service fee on top of your price at checkout.

Do I have to leave Airbnb or Vrbo?+

No. Most hosts keep their existing channels and add USVacaRentals as an extra source of direct bookings. Calendar sync keeps every channel in step.

Can you set up my listing for me?+

Yes — send us your Airbnb or Vrbo link and we copy your photos, description, amenities and house rules, connect your calendar and send you a private preview to approve. It is free.

Who sets the price and rules?+

You do: nightly rate, cleaning fee, minimum stay, house rules and cancellation terms.

How and when am I paid?+

Guests pay securely by card when they book. Your payout — the nightly rate and cleaning fee less our 10% commission and card processing — is sent by ACH after the guest checks in. We collect and remit the state and county rental taxes; any tax bill, penalty or license fee for your home, guest refunds and chargebacks are billed to you and deducted from your next payout.

What is a founding host?+

Our first 25 approved hosts get 90 days of featured placement on the home page and their area pages. 24 spots are left.

Do I need a licence or permit?+

Most states, counties and cities require a short-term rental licence or permit and lodging-tax registration — in Florida, for example, a DBPR vacation-rental licence plus county tourist-tax registration. Add your licence or permit number to your listing, and check your local and HOA rules too.

Can I list a home outside Florida?+

Yes. USVacaRentals accepts vacation homes in all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico. Choose your state when you add the home and it appears on that state’s page and in state search.

Does USVacaRentals compete with my listing?+

USVacaRentals also manages some homes on the site. Managed homes get no ranking preference, and we never use your guest or pricing data to market our management services to your guests.
