Windsor Hills wins on one number: it is roughly two miles from Walt Disney World. Nothing else in this list is closer, and for families doing parks every day with young children, proximity beats almost every other consideration.
The community has a water park, clubhouse, cinema room, gym and games room, and it is fully gated. The homes are generally a little older than the newer Davenport communities, which is reflected in the price.

We meet you at Orlando International arrivals and drive you straight to the door. Up to eight passengers and the luggage that comes with them.

Are the resort amenities included in the rate?
Yes — access to the community's resort amenities is included with your stay. Depending on the community that can mean a water park, lazy river, resort-style pools, a clubhouse, gym and sports courts, all available to guests at no extra charge.
Is the pool heated?
Private pools can be heated on request as a paid optional extra. It is worth adding from roughly November to March, when Florida nights cool the water; tell us when you book and we will confirm the nightly heating cost for your home.
