Why stay near Port Canaveral

Anyone who has tried to make a same-day flight connection to a cruise departure only does it once. Flights are delayed, luggage goes missing, and the ship does not wait. Staying locally the night before turns a stressful morning into a short drive.

Cruise transfers

We run transfers between Orlando International, your villa and the cruise terminals. Book both legs at once and your return from the ship is already waiting — which matters more than people realise when you disembark at seven in the morning with everyone's luggage.

What to do on the Space Coast

Beyond the cruise terminals, the Space Coast is a destination in its own right. Kennedy Space Center is around twenty minutes away, Cocoa Beach offers miles of Atlantic sand and the state's best-known surf, and on launch days you can watch a rocket climb over the water from the shoreline. Add manatee-spotting on the Banana River, deep-sea fishing charters from the port and the round-the-clock Ron Jon Surf Shop, and there is easily enough to fill the days either side of a sailing.

How early should we arrive before a cruise?

The night before, without exception. Same-day flights into MCO for an afternoon sailing leave no margin for a delay, and cruise lines do not hold departures.

Can we leave luggage after check-out on sailing day?

Check-out is in the morning but cruises rarely board until the afternoon, so we plan around the gap. Where the calendar allows we can often arrange a later check-out or hold your luggage, and our transfer service can take you and your bags straight from the property to the terminal at the right time.
