2. Get referrals from our guests
Our guests ask us for things constantly — an agent because they have fallen for the area, a contractor, a photographer, a boat charter. Right now most of those questions get a shrug. We would rather send them to you.
3. Become an approved service provider
For trades and services, approved status means steady work across our managed portfolio rather than one-off jobs, and payment terms that do not require chasing.

- Realtors — buyer referrals from guests who fall for the area, and lease offers on listings that have gone stale
- Cleaning teams and housekeepers — steady, scheduled work across a growing managed portfolio
